It's right I think to quote Pound's three Imagist tenets - but the framing of the quote should be your own words. The &quot;Common Principles&quot; are from Pound's Imagist Manifesto and should be cited as such. Or, better, would be to explain the Imagist program in your own words, working in quotations from Pound's &quot;principles.&quot; Pound, Williams, and H.D. are a good trio of poets to consider. You can omit Lowell. And don't worry about finding visual artists - Imagism was largely a school of poetry. One important thing will be to look at how Imagism gives rise, with Pound and Lewis, to Vorticism.
